My wife's aunt knew Ralph Hammner in Jasper, AL and sent me his funeral notice several years ago (don't remember exactly, but within the past five years). He was from Jasper and had retired there. If you remember, the citizens of Jasper sent the stoplight that was installed at Soc Trang airfield. Hope this helps.
